CHRISTIAN PROPHETIC PRAYER COUNSELING

Christian Prophetic Prayer Counseling is among the ministries the Lord has raised up in these end days, to help prepare the members of the Body of Christ to stand before the Lord Jesus at His coming (Mal 3:2). It is Biblical counseling through the inspiration (Prophetic Word) of the Holy Spirit to help the individual become conformed to the image of Christ (Rom 8:29). It is not professional counseling. It's objective is to allow the Holy Spirit to remove the spots, wrinkles and blemishes (Eph 5::27) in the counselee's life particularly from the four foundational problem areas which affect us all. These four areas are:

Sins of the Fathers and Resulting Curses: Much can be learned in the interview process about the sins of your forefathers and mothers, and how they could be affecting your personality and Christian life. A confession of these sins, as well as your own, not only satisfies the requirements of the Scripture, but also can bring about a needed deliverance from any curses from those sins, and a recovering of legal ground from the enemy.

Ungodly Beliefs: All of us have ungodly beliefs at work in our lives to some degree. Many times these are hidden within and we are not aware of them. Your prayer counselors will help you uncover the "stinkin thinkin" in your life from ungodly beliefs, then work diligently with the Holy Spirit and you to convert each of these into a Godly Belief, that agrees with the nature and character of God, and the Holy Scriptures. This can be very instrumental in establishing your Godly identity as you begin an new era of renewing of your mind, as you have been charged by the Holy Spirit in Romans 12:2.

Soul/Spirit Hurts: Only Jesus truly knows where each of us is hurting from our life's experiences and only He can fully heal these hurts. In this session we wait upon the Lord for His Holy Spirit to come show the hurt(s) which He wants to heal. Then we watch and give Him praise as He heals what He showed He would.

Demonic Oppression: Now, by a better conformity to God's word, much of the legal ground the enemy may have had to bring oppression on you has been removed. Therefore we now help the counselee to declare their freedom from those strongholds of oppression through faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

Christian Prophetic Prayer Counseling is in-depth and intense, yet is ministered in a loving and peaceable family atmosphere. It is not suitable for one who does not want to change, but can be very rewarding for those whose hearts are seeking more of Jesus. We count it a privilege to help prepare saints to stand before our Maker, on that Great and Terrible Day. In addition, while it is not marriage counseling per se, a better marriage is a sure result as each spouse allows the Lord to work His changes in them.

Number of Counseling Sessions: For a single individual, the ministry process consists of at least five sessions. For a married couple, the ministry process consists of at least one joint session up front followed by at least five individual sessions with each spouse, and closes with a joint session. All sessions last an average of three hours m/l.

Requirements of the Counselee: Familiarization with the ministry is essential and may be attained by purchasing and reading one of the RTF manuals. See Products section. Each person must complete and mail a set of application papers (available through our office) with a 50% deposit prior to scheduling a ministry date. If your ministry will be completed in 2½ days (an individual) or 6 days (a couple), you will need to finish reading the entire RTF manual prior to your ministry date. If you live nearby and will be receiving ministry on a weekly basis, the following is required to be read at the latest during the week before the following sessions:

►Sins of the Fathers and Resulting Curses.

►Ungodly Beliefs.

►Soul/Spirit Hurts.

►Demonic Oppression.

After the counseling is completed the counselee is expected to: Declare his new Godly beliefs in his devotional time for at least 30 days, or until they are firmly implanted in his/her thought life. Make a commitment to the leadership of a local church for support, ongoing care and accountability. Telephone this ministry office at least twice in the month following the completion of your counseling, to keep us posted on your progress in maintaining the new freedom and healing you have gained.

TESTIMONY: The RTF ministry that I received from both of you has been a tremendous blessing. When you first taught the Issue-Focused Ministry class, the healing that I received whetted my appetite for more! Not only did I receive a measure of healing for my issue, but I felt comfortable in ministering healing to my group partner. I wanted to learn more about how I could help others through RTF, and proceeded to begin the necessary steps. In August, 2003 I went through the counseling and received much prophetic insight through both of you. There was such a healing presence in the room -- even in the opening prayers! Today, 2 years later, I still carry my godly beliefs with me each day, and refer to them from time to time. I firmly believe that every saint can benefit from RTF; I was blessed to continue with the observing step, and see a woman receive tremendous healing and deliverance. As the Lord wills, I hope to continue the training and be used as He sees fit. K.D.
